Checks for Care Staff

Every support worker we place will have:

  • Identity and right to work checks completed
  • DBS checks where required for the role
  • Employment history and references reviewed
  • Care experience assessed to ensure suitability for the settings we support
  • Training verified, including key topics such as safeguarding, moving and handling, basic health and safety, and infection control (tailor wording to your requirements)

Service Standards

We expect our Care Staff to:

  • Follow your policies, procedures, and care plans
